Hello, i just bought a cricut maker 3, and i'm having an issue with the PC software. Everytime I make a new project and i try to put some text in the virtual Canvas, the software is in a permanent loading state with a green bar moving. Also if i try to syncronize the maker 3 with a USB, the software doesn't find It, but the PC does. For 13 in / 33 cm wide material: Move the right Pinch Roller to position 1. The blade kept lifting and rotating, and it never cut more than maybe 1/4 inch at a time for the curves. Hopefully the image shows that.
