I just bought a 2022 F350 with the 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel. I paid an extra $250 to get the manual regeneration feature for the DPF. I didn't realize in order to do a manual regen the truck has to be stationary, otherwise I wouldn't have paid for the option. I just can't find much information on exactly how to start a manual regeneration.There may be some residual (passive) burn off that happens but no new diesel is injected into the exhaust to resume the active regen.
