On the balcony area in the Saloon, on a chair. Place the Skulls in the graveyard and get the barn key which will spawn soon after. Be careful of the mini boss that will spawn in too. No, you can't get experience or Liquid Divinium through custom maps. You could make a map that spawns you on a cliff, with a Thundergun on the wall, and have Zombies spawn under you, never being able to hit you. Infinite XP, infinite Liquid Divinium. It would break the level system completely.
