The Alpha Munitions brass is exceptional, produced to very tight tolerances, and about $1.15 per piece. Both types of brass use small rifle primers, which is in keeping with the 6 BR cartridges. While the accuracy benefits of large vs. small primers is debatable, a small rifle primer does extend the life of the brass.

I run a 224V with a LH gain twist barrel on an Origin action, which is very similar to the 22 ARC. AICS mags with a BR conversion kit (and some tweaking of the mag feed lips) makes it feed fairly well in a bolt gun. The 22 ARC should be the same. THe 224 V in my rifle is pretty darn amazing. Shoots well above it's weight class.The 6mm to .22 is far less of a leap. It's also not good to compare across bore sizes because these ratios don't take things such pressure and temperature into account.
